Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and providing advice on Construction Programmes.
  • Assisting Clients to avoid disputes by providing professional commercially focused advice.
  • Assisting Clients on issues associated with loss and delay.
  • Working with Commercial consultants on contentious and non-contentious time-related matters.
  • Presenting training to Clients on time and delay related matters.
  • Representing Clients in various Tribunals.
  • Working with Solicitors on time-related construction disputes.
  • Providing managerial support to the Divisional Lead.
  • Contributing to the design of new Products and Services and diversification into new construction sectors.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in providing professional time and delay advice or working in a planning and programming role.
  • High level of practical and academic understanding of time and delay matters and construction law.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and familiarity with programming software.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and promote products and services.
  • Chartered or relevant Professional Qualifications preferred.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
