Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and providing advice on Construction Programmes.
- Assisting Clients to avoid disputes by providing professional commercially focused advice.
- Assisting Clients on issues associated with loss and delay.
- Working with Commercial consultants on contentious and non-contentious time-related matters.
- Presenting training to Clients on time and delay related matters.
- Representing Clients in various Tribunals.
- Working with Solicitors on time-related construction disputes.
- Providing managerial support to the Divisional Lead.
- Contributing to the design of new Products and Services and diversification into new construction sectors.
Key Skills:
- Experience in providing professional time and delay advice or working in a planning and programming role.
- High level of practical and academic understanding of time and delay matters and construction law.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and familiarity with programming software.
- Ability to work as part of a team and promote products and services.
- Chartered or relevant Professional Qualifications preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
