Summary: This role as a Senior Supporter Acquisition Officer focuses on enhancing the acquisition programme as part of a five-year strategy, working closely with various teams and stakeholders. The position involves leading DRTV initiatives and optimizing campaign elements through a test and learn approach. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive fundraising campaigns. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Central London with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead DRTV initiatives and optimize acquisition activities.
• Collaborate with the A&W team and stakeholders, including communications and creative agencies.
• Deliver various acquisition activities, including inserts and welcome journeys.
• Utilize a test and learn approach to enhance campaign performance.
• Engage stakeholders in the development of acquisition testing plans.
• Provide regular updates on progress and learnings from campaigns.
• Analyze data and ensure accuracy in campaign reporting.
