Senior Support Engineer GPIC / SAGE

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Support Engineer to work with a key client

Responsibilities:
* Manage and administer the GPIC 8.03 & SAGE systems
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users
* Implement system upgrades and enhancements
* Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements
* Collaborate with other IT team members on system integration projects
* Candidate should have work experience in support functions ( ASM)

Qualifications:
* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 5+ years of experience working with GPIC 8.03 & SAGE systems
* Strong technical skills in system administration and maintenance
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
