Summary: The Senior SuccessFactors Recruitment Analyst will support the SuccessFactors Senior Consultant in ensuring smooth business operations and system enhancements within a leading IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy. This role involves the administration, configuration, and optimization of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules, focusing on compliance and delivering insights through reporting and analytics. The position is a 4-week contract, requiring 4 days of work per week, with an ASAP start. It is based in Hatfield and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support and system administration for SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.
  • Manage configuration, permissions, and user access in line with global governance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with SAP support as required.
  • Collaborate on system enhancements, integrations, and testing activities.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights for Talent Acquisition.
  • Contribute to HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives on an ad hoc basis.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.
  • Strong background in HR systems administration and recruitment processes.
  • Experience in system configuration, permission management, and governance compliance.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with external vendors (SAP support).
  • Familiarity with system integrations and testing methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in reporting and dashboard creation using SuccessFactors tools.
  • Certifications SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Certification (mandatory).
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing Certification (preferred).
  • Additional SAP SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g., Employee Central) are a plus.

The Senior SuccessFactors Recruitment Analyst will play a key role in supporting the SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to ensure smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations and deliver system enhancements. This position is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules, ensuring compliance with global governance standards and enabling Talent Acquisition insights through reporting and analytics.
