Summary: The Senior Success Factors Programme Manager will lead a greenfield implementation of SuccessFactors for a global client, requiring extensive experience in HRIS implementation and strong stakeholder management skills. This hybrid role mandates three days on-site work and offers a competitive daily rate. The contract is for 12 months with potential for extension, starting in 6-8 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end programme delivery, from initial design through to post-go-live support.
  • Ensure solution governance by maintaining design integrity and alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee coordination across multiple HCM work streams, enabling teams to meet key delivery milestones.
  • Lead the post-go-live support phase, ensuring a seamless transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Provide strategic leadership across project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Senior Success Factors Programme Manager

- Hybrid (3 days on-site mandatory)

- £950-£1000 per day (Inside IR35)

Our Client is a titan in their industry operating globally and are in need of help from an experienced Success Factors Programme Manager to support their complete greenfield implementation of SSF.


The Successful Candidate will have:

- Previous successful HRIS implementation for an international company

- Strong Stakeholder management skills, with a proven history coordinating with senior stakeholders

- A proactive, inquisitive and analytical mind, with experience in using data analysis tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- A proven record of Programme Success with the ability to provide references upon application
