Summary: The Senior Success Factors Programme Manager will lead a greenfield implementation of SuccessFactors for a global client, requiring extensive experience in HRIS implementation and strong stakeholder management skills. This hybrid role mandates three days on-site work and offers a competitive daily rate. The contract is for 12 months with potential for extension, starting in 6-8 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end programme delivery, from initial design through to post-go-live support.
- Ensure solution governance by maintaining design integrity and alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Oversee coordination across multiple HCM work streams, enabling teams to meet key delivery milestones.
- Lead the post-go-live support phase, ensuring a seamless transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Provide strategic leadership across project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Skills:
- Previous successful HRIS implementation for an international company.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven history coordinating with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, inquisitive, and analytical mind with experience in using data analysis tools.
- A proven record of programme success with the ability to provide references upon application.

- Previous successful HRIS implementation for an international company
- Strong Stakeholder management skills, with a proven history coordinating with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, inquisitive and analytical mind, with experience in using data analysis tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- A proven record of Programme Success with the ability to provide references upon application
