Summary: The role of Contract Structural Revit Technician involves working with a well-established firm of Civil/Structural Engineers in Central London for a temporary assignment of approximately three months. The position requires a highly experienced technician with at least 10 years of proficiency in Revit, due to a significant increase in workload. The successful candidate will work on various building structures projects with construction values typically ranging from £20-30m. Hybrid working arrangements are available, requiring in-office presence for 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide structural design support using Revit for various building projects.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Assist in managing increased workload due to new enquiries and projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in structural design.

Contract Structural Revit Technician Central London c£35-37 p/h Ltd Outside IR35 Contract Structural Revit Technician A well-established firm of Civil/Structural Engineers based in Central London have a need to employ a Contract Structural Revit Technician for a c3 month assignment with an immediate start. Our client works on a wide variety of building structures projects across all sectors with projects typically up to £20-30m in construction value. Due to a significantly increased workload and new enquiries over recent months they are hitting a major peak in workload and as result they need an experienced Contract Technician to help them. The successful individual will ideally have a minimum of 10 years’ experience and be extremely proficient with Revit. On offer is an hourly rate of between £35-37 p/h (Outside IR35).
