Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients by advising on creative campaigns and enhancing them through Creative Partnerships.
• Share insights from ITV’s Cultural Strategy and Commercial Insight teams to uncover new thinking.
• Prove the effectiveness of TV’s contribution to wider marketing campaigns.
• Develop deep strategic relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize ITV’s insight into audiences and advertising effectiveness.
• Embrace ITV’s creative canvas and technologies for compelling storytelling and brand experiences.

Key Skills:

• Extensive background in strategy or planning, preferably from a creative/advertising agency or media owner.
• Excellent knowledge of creative and media effectiveness, comms planning, and creative processes.
• Strong insight and data/research skills, with experience in semiotics and/or qualitative research methods.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations with tight timelines and a focus on agility and commercial awareness.
• Excellent consumer and audience understanding with a culture-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
• Creative and innovative thinking to drive new ideas and a curiosity to learn.
