Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients by advising on creative campaigns and enhancing them through Creative Partnerships.
- Share insights from ITV’s Cultural Strategy and Commercial Insight teams to uncover new ways of thinking.
- Prove the effectiveness of TV’s contribution to wider marketing campaigns.
- Develop deep strategic relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize ITV’s insight into audiences, programmes, and advertising effectiveness.
- Embrace ITV’s creative canvas and technologies to engage communities through storytelling and innovative brand experiences.
Key Skills:
- Extensive background in strategy or planning, ideally from a creative/advertising agency or another media owner.
- Excellent working knowledge of creative and media effectiveness, communications planning, and creative processes.
- Strong insight and data/research skills, with hands-on awareness of semiotics and/or qualitative research methods.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with tight timelines and a need for agility.
- Excellent consumer and audience understanding with a culture-first mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in partnership with various internal stakeholders.
- Creative and innovative thinking to drive new ideas, along with curiosity and engagement.
- Exceptional account management skills to manage dynamic workflows across teams.
