Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition and implementation of automated testing frameworks for cloud systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Drive quality gates and CI/CD pipeline integration using tools like GitHub, Gitlab, and Jenkins.
- Collaborate closely with SRE teams to develop strategies that meet demanding SLAs and SLOs.
- Mentor and coach junior SDETs while promoting a culture of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming.
- Support issue investigation and resolution using observability tools like DataDog, ELK, or Grafana.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in automated software testing within an Agile/DevOps culture.
- Proven expertise with automation tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Postman, or Cypress.
- Strong programming proficiency in Java, Python, or similar OO languages.
- Hands-on experience with quality tools like SonarQube and relational databases such as MySQL.
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure including Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

What You'll Need
