Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) £50k to £75k (+ equity package) Noggin HQ is a VC-backed financial technology company based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. 9 million UK adults have credit scores that don’t reflect their true financial status. They face exclusion from mainstream borrowing (0-30% APR), and are forced into higher-cost options (often 42%-90% APR). Our mission is to build a challenger Credit Reference Agency that reshapes credit scoring in a fairer and smarter way, and in doing so, saves the UK economy £6 billion in annual interest expense. Noggin’s core technology helps companies accept more creditworthy individuals. Today, we do this by automatically categorising and enriching Open Banking data collected as part of credit applications.

Comfortable with AWS and Cloud Infrastructure. Understand ISO 27001 requirements.
