Senior Software Developer – Government– Remote -£700 per day Inside IR35A Government organisation is urgently looking to recruit an SC Cleared Senior Software Developer to join the organisation until end of March 2027 on a remote basis Inside IR35 but work 1 day per week onsite out of multiple locations.
The purpose of the role is to develop and support co-pilot agents and power automate solutions that meet user requirements, assisting in the implementation of new technologies, and suggesting improvements to the application development process.
Requirements
- Significant demonstrable experience designing, developing, testing and supporting Microsoft Co-pilot Studio agents, including creating agent instructions, prompts, topics, actions, guardrails and knowledge sources.
- Experience of translating business requirements into effective agent designs and continuously improving agent performance and response quality.
- Strong experience of developing and administering solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Dataverse and environment
- Demonstrable experience analysing, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across AI agents, automation solutions and supporting platforms.
