A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis for a major education project in Caerleon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong order book across the South West and Wales, and ambitious plans to expand its white-collar team significantly over the next 12 months.
The Role
You will take a key leadership position on a £19.5m traditional build school project, acting as the link between the Project Manager and Site Managers. This role is heavily site-focused initially, with increasing strategic responsibility as additional projects come online.
