Summary: A Senior ServiceNow Developer is needed to enhance the Roadmap for end users, collaborating with a mixed team of internal resources and third-party suppliers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user stories and escalate blockers as necessary.
  • Build, configure, and support ServiceNow features, applications, and integrations.
  • Develop and test simple integrations, collaborating on more complex integrations with the team.
  • Utilize JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform and knowledge of Glide APIs.

A Senior ServiceNow Developer is sought by our client to work with their team to deliver continuous improvement and development of the Roadmap for end users. The existing team is a mixture of their own resources and 3rd party suppliers. You will be a highly experienced ServiceNow consultant, with a proven track record in ServiceNow development, including certification and experience in implementing different ServiceNow implementation levels and components.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience of managing user stories, including escalating blockers
  • Able to build, configure and support ServiceNow features, applications and integrations
  • Able to build and test simple integrations, or can work on more complex integration as part of a wider team
  • Experience of JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform, knowledge of the Glide API’s. – Working Level
  • Current ServiceNow platform Certification
  • Minimum of 4 years’ hand on Development experience on the platform
  • Able to work on-site 2 days per week at a location in Newcastle, Manchester, Blackpool, Leeds or Sheffield
