Summary: The Senior ServiceNow Architect role requires an individual with Security Clearance to work in a hybrid capacity based in London for an initial 6-month contract. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders and leading technical teams while utilizing ServiceNow integration technologies. Candidates must possess relevant experience and skills in ITSM software and Agile methodologies. This role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers, client teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
- Facilitate sign-off by aligning with business units and technical teams.
Key Skills:
- Understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON.
- ServiceNow Developer certification is a plus.
- Experience with other ITSM software (BMC Remedy ITSM, HP, Landesk, etc.).
- Experience with orchestration tools (ex. HP Operations Orchestrator, BMC Atrium Orchestrator).
- Micro-services architecture knowledge, enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience in Jira, Confluence, Rabbit MQ, Apache Camel, DevOps.
- Experience developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with JavaScript – HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS is a plus.
