Summary: The Senior ServiceNow Architect role involves collaborating with suppliers, client teams, and stakeholders while leading and mentoring technical teams. The successful candidate must hold SC Clearance and be eligible for NPPV3. The role is based in London with a maximum rate of £620 per day via Umbrella for a duration of 6 months, requiring one day per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers, client teams, and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor technical teams.
- Facilitate sign-off by aligning with business units and technical teams.
Key Skills:
- Understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON.
- ServiceNow Developer certification is a plus.
- Experience with other ITSM software (BMC Remedy ITSM, HP, Landesk, etc.).
- Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., HP Operations Orchestrator, BMC Atrium Orchestrator).
- Micro-services architecture knowledge, enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience in Jira, Confluence, Rabbit MQ, Apache Camel, DevOps.
- Experience developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS is a plus.
