Senior Service Manager/Service Delivery Manager

Umbrella Engagement. 3 days on Site in the North West. Most have a strong all round background across multiple Service Management Disciplines - eg Change and Configuration Management.

Will also need to have outstanding Communication and Stakeholder skills and have worked across Medium/Large Sized Fast Paced Organisations in a Service Manager type role - not as a Service Manager delivering Services as a third party.

ITIL Accredited - Delivering Services into Business Units

Initial 6 month engagement.
