  • Participate in statutory processes such as Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews and Serious Case Reviews, implementing continuous improvement programs.

Key Skills:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Safe Lives Service Manager qualification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of business planning and service delivery at a senior level.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality services at an operational level.
  • Experience in leadership and organizational transformation.
  • Experience in managing and developing projects compliant with performance targets.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding processes and relevant legislation relating to domestic abuse.
  • Proven education in employment practice and HR policy.
