Summary: The role of Senior Service Designer (ITSM) involves supporting a Lead Service Designer and collaborating with Service Architects and Delivery teams to establish standards and processes for service consistency. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead Service Designer and collaborate with Service Architects and Delivery teams.
- Design standards, templates, and processes for service consistency.
- Work on service blueprints and contribute to service models, SLA’s, and OLA’s.
- Create user-centered Service Design Packages considering business and user requirements.
- Ensure service designs align with ITIL practices.
Key Skills:
- Background in ITSM roles, including Service Design.
- In-depth knowledge of Service Design principles and ITSM Frameworks such as ITIL.
- Collaborative approach to lead Service Designers and work with Architects and Product Owners.
- Understanding of the end-to-end ITSM lifecycle.
- Creation of Service Design Packages.
- Understanding of user-centered design and Agile principles in service delivery.
- Qualifications such as ITIL / BCS Certificate in Service Design / ISO or IEC 20000 Practitioner.
- Eligibility for SC Clearance or already cleared.
