Summary: The Senior Service Delivery Manager will oversee service delivery within a large consultancy, focusing on ITIL processes, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Service Delivery Management in large, complex environments.
  • Lead and manage teams of Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), partners, and international delivery teams.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and principles.
  • Manage customer satisfaction (CSAT) and service relationships.
  • Deliver on service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle contract management effectively.
  • Implement Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous service improvement.
  • Adapt to hybrid working arrangements.
  • Maintain eligibility for Security Clearance (SC).

My client is a large International Consultancy who are hiring for a Senior Service Delivery Manager with excellent knowledge of ITIL, experience in CSAT and managing as well as delivering to SLAs, to work closely with a key end customer.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management within large, complex environments
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and managing teams of Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), partners and International delivery teams
  • Excellent ITIL knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes
  • CSAT and Service Relationship experience
  • Proven experience of managing and delivering to SLAs
  • Contract Management
  • Excellent knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management principles and processes
  • Ability to establish, foster and maintain a continuous Service Improvement culture
  • Flexible approach towards hybrid working
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC)
