Summary: This role is for a Senior Security Project Manager based in Leeds, focusing on delivering a CISO-led security remediation programme. The position requires an experienced professional to address identified security gaps by managing multiple initiatives with structure and pace. The contract is initially for 6 months and offers a competitive daily rate outside of IR35. The role involves significant collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery of security remediation initiatives end-to-end
- Translate security findings into clear plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate across Security, IT teams, and third-party vendors
- Drive progress across IAM / PAM workstreams within a Microsoft environment
- Introduce and manage delivery governance, tracking, and reporting
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure initiatives are delivered through to completion and embedded effectively
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Security / Cyber Programme or Delivery roles
- Strong experience delivering IAM / PAM initiatives, ideally in Microsoft environments
- Experience working on security remediation, transformation, or uplift programmes
- Ability to operate in unstructured or evolving environments and bring clarity
- Strong stakeholder management across technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and workstreams
