Summary: The Senior Security Consultant will join a global insurance company's Information Security team on an initial 12-month hybrid contract, requiring at least three days a week in the London or Ipswich office. This role involves providing security expertise, performing risk assessments, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure secure services. The position is classified as inside IR35 and offers a flexible daily rate starting from £400.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a SME on high-profile programs and provide security expertise to enable safe and secure services
• Work with stakeholders and product owner teams to guide future program/product plans
• Perform risk assessments and provide guidance; manage relationships and support security implementation

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with several years of professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of Agile Framework (SAFe) and DevSecOps
• Experience in Information Security technical risk assessments
• Proficient in information security risk and governance frameworks (ISO 27005, EBIOS)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant Information Security/IT industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.)
