Summary: The Senior Security Architect role involves engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing teams to develop innovative security architecture solutions. The position requires leading the technical design of systems while balancing security requirements and making informed design decisions. The role is based in Newcastle with some flexibility for other northern hubs and requires SC security clearance. The contract is for 12 months and falls inside IR35 regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Experience in designing and reviewing secure architectures.
- Hands-on experience in application security, database security, and cloud security measures.
- AWS cloud experience.
- Experience with database applications such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with systems that encrypt data.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) qualification.
- Ability to communicate security concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
- Ability to monitor and drive technical analysis and feedback loops.

- We are seeking a highly experienced individual that has worked with complex large-scale micro-service infrastructure.
- AWS cloud experience is essential
- Working with db applications such as Mongo DB & PostgreSQL experience is essential
- Working with systems that encrypt data is essential
