Summary: The Senior IT Security Architect will be responsible for implementing security architectural designs within a leading Financial Services organization, focusing on on-premises Windows server infrastructure. This long-term contract role requires collaboration with Security Engineers and Operations teams to manage vulnerabilities and assess security threats. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days per week in the office in London. The contract is expected to last up to two years, with a day rate of £800.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building security into infrastructure and architecture designs
• Collaborating with Security Engineers and Operations team on vulnerability management and remediation
• Identifying new security threats and assessing the effectiveness of current controls
• Pinpointing opportunities for program improvement

Key Skills:

• At least 6+ years of Security Architecture experience
• Recent experience building security into On-Prem Infrastructure
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance
• Familiarity with SIEM, Vulnerability Management, DLP, PAM, IDAM & Endpoint Protection
• Previous experience conducting risk assessments and threat modeling
