Senior Security Architect

Summary: The role of Senior Security Architect involves leading security architecture initiatives for an initial 6-month contract, requiring extensive experience in security domains and project management. The position is hybrid, based in London, and aims to start as soon as possible. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of security frameworks and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead security architecture initiatives across multiple security domains.
• Manage projects related to Infrastructure and Application Security.
• Implement risk management life cycles based on established frameworks such as ISO 27001, SANS, and NIST SP 800-53.
• Develop and maintain documentation and reports for both technical and business audiences.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Provide expertise in enterprise security concepts, secure design principles, and frameworks.
• Maintain knowledge of security certifications and frameworks.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in security architecture.
• Broad project experience in Infrastructure and Application Security.
• Knowledge of risk management life cycles and security frameworks (ISO 27001, SANS, NIST SP 800-53).
• Strong documentation and report writing skills.
• Understanding of policy frameworks and security guidelines.
• Preferred security certifications: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, SABSA, GIAC, CCSP, CCSK or equivalent.
