Summary: My Client is seeking a Senior Security Architect for an initial 6-month contract, starting as soon as possible. The role requires extensive experience in security architecture across various domains, with a focus on both infrastructure and application security. The position is hybrid, based in London, and classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security architecture strategies across multiple security domains.
• Oversee infrastructure and application security projects.
• Manage risk management life cycles based on established frameworks such as ISO 27001, SANS, and NIST SP 800-53.
• Create and maintain documentation and reports for both technical and business audiences.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Provide expertise in enterprise security concepts, frameworks, and secure design principles.
• Maintain knowledge of security certifications and frameworks.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in security architecture.
• Broad project experience in infrastructure and application security.
• Knowledge of risk management life cycles and frameworks (ISO 27001, SANS, NIST SP 800-53).
• Strong documentation and report writing skills.
• Understanding of policy frameworks and security guidelines.
• Preferred security certifications: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, SABSA, GIAC, CCSP, CCSK or equivalent.
