Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements, operational issues, and change requests to develop test plans and test cases.
- Execute test cases and ensure results align with expected functionality.
- Identify, research, and provide support for system defects and recommend solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test outcomes to aid debugging and software improvements.
- Collaborate with development engineers to resolve software issues.
- Provide feedback on technical appraisals of systems and application interfaces.
- Guide and mentor testers including associates, contractors, and third-party resources.
- Support daily testing efforts and project-based testing activities.
