Senior Scrum Master

Summary: The Senior Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in supporting multiple Agile teams within a large-scale Digital Transformation program, focusing on AI-driven and data-centric solutions. This position requires facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives to enhance Agile maturity and delivery excellence. The role demands collaboration with Product Owners and the removal of blockers to maintain delivery flow. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and support 3 experienced Scrum teams working across digital innovation domains (R&D, business case systems, sales forecasting).
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain consistent delivery flow.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement in team processes.
• Ensure alignment between Agile team output and broader organizational objectives.
• Track and report on Agile metrics, sprint progress, and team performance.
• Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile mindset, tools, and practices.
• Support adoption of a new, harmonized Agile Ways of Working blueprint, including quarterly planning cadences.
