Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager (German Speaker)

Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager (German Speaker) required by Whitehall Resources for a 7 Month extendable project assignment with our client based in Switzerland.

Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until end of February 2027 Location: Zurich & Bern, Switzerland Delivery: Onsite with occasional remote work Workload: 80-100%

Role: Our client is looking for an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to support a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The successful candidate will lead the definition of the SAP blueprint for merging multiple companies into a single SAP ERP landscape while working closely with business stakeholders and internal IT teams.

Key Responsibilities: – Lead a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation project – Define the SAP blueprint for the merger of multiple legal entities – Manage project planning, milestones and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) – Coordinate business stakeholders and internal IT teams – Drive stakeholder communication and project governance

Requirements: – 10+ years of SAP Project Management experience with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise – Strong background in SAP Finance & Controlling, ideally with Sales & Logistics – Native German and fluent English – Experience in the Swiss Public Sector is a plus – PMP and/or SAP Activate certification is preferred – Candidate MUST live in CH – Must be willing to work onsite most of the time – French is a big plus
