Summary: The Senior SAP Consultant role involves leading end-to-end payroll implementations across multiple countries, specifically the UK, Ireland, and Sweden. The position requires expertise in SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors EC Payroll, focusing on compliance with local regulations and effective communication with stakeholders. The consultant will oversee the entire implementation process, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle Payroll implementations across UK, Ireland, and Sweden, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct country-specific payroll workshops to capture statutory rules, union requirements, local policies, and organizational processes.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs and support technical teams with integration specifications.
- Oversee data migration strategy, validation rules, conversion templates, and reconciliation of legacy payroll data.
- Ensure payroll solution compliance with local tax laws, statutory regulations, pensions, social security, and reporting norms.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, parallel payroll runs, and payroll sign-off processes.
- Provide leadership during mock runs, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Payroll process owners, HR leads, and local country stakeholders.
- Deliver clear communication, documentation updates, and risk/issue reports to project leadership.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end multi-country Payroll implementations as a Lead.
