Key Responsibilities:

  • Configures and customizes the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and OTC modules to align with business requirements, providing ongoing support for daily issues, troubleshooting, and resolving system incidents.
  • Analyzes existing business processes, identifies bottlenecks, and recommends technology solutions to improve efficiency and streamline the OTC workflow.
  • Ensures seamless integration between SD/OTC processes and other SAP modules, such as MM and FI, to maintain data consistency and integrity.
  • Conducts functional unit testing (FUT), system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions and creates technical documentation for support and development activities.
