Summary: The Senior SAP Business Change Manager will lead the organisational change efforts for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, focusing on business readiness and stakeholder alignment. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in complex ERP programmes, ensuring sustainable adoption of new processes. The position involves developing change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and overseeing communication and training efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with programme leadership to align change activities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and refining enterprise-wide change strategies
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment
  • Supporting sponsorship capability at executive level
  • Leading change readiness assessments and adoption planning
  • Overseeing communications and training alignment
  • Ensuring change activities are fully integrated into programme plans
  • Defining and tracking measurable adoption and behavioural metrics
  • Develop structured change plans including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and communications strategy
  • Lead readiness planning across functions to support phased implementation
  • Provide input into training design and capability development frameworks
  • Facilitate workshops with business leadership to embed new processes and ways of working
  • Identify, assess and mitigate resistance to change
  • Ensure governance standards and reporting frameworks are maintained
  • Provide clear reporting into programme leadership forums
  • Support continuous improvement of change methodology across the programme

We are supporting a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and are seeking a Senior SAP Business Change Manager to strengthen the organisational change capability across the programme.

This role will play a key part in driving business readiness, stakeholder alignment and sustainable adoption of SAP S/4HANA and associated business process changes across the organisation.

This is not a junior OCM position. We are looking for a seasoned transformation professional who has previously delivered change across complex ERP programmes and understands the full life cycle through to successful transition and stabilisation.

The Role

You will work closely with programme leadership, functional leads and senior stakeholders to ensure change activity is structured, measurable and aligned to business objectives.

The role will include:
