- Simplify and improve the Salesforce data model and data quality.
- Develop and deploy new Salesforce functionality aligned to business priorities.

What We Need
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (4+ years' experience) who can help stabilise and enhance our Salesforce platform. The role will involve addressing existing issues with Salesforce pages, fields, and configurations, while also delivering new functionality based on a prioritised backlog of business requirements.
Essential Experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
What We Do Not Need
We are not looking for a pure Salesforce Administrator. While some initial administration and clean-up work will be required to stabilise the platform, the primary focus of the role will be on design, configuration, and development of Salesforce capabilities. The successful candidate must therefore have strong technical development and configuration experience in addition to administration skills.
Phase 1 (First 3 Months): Platform Optimisation and Stabilisation
- Review and rationalise Salesforce pages, fields, and layouts.
- Simplify and improve the Salesforce data model.
- Improve data quality, usability, and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure Salesforce becomes an efficient and reliable platform for our sales teams to record and retrieve information.
Phase 2 (Following 3 Months): Platform Enhancement and Innovation
- Develop and deploy new Salesforce functionality aligned to business priorities.
- Integrate additional business processes and workflows onto the platform.
- Support the introduction of AI-enabled capabilities for end users.
- Assess and implement solutions either within Salesforce or through complementary technologies such as Power Apps, leveraging Salesforce data where appropriate.
- Our preference is to adopt a low-code, configuration-first approach, utilising standard Salesforce functionality wherever possible and minimising custom Apex development unless there is a clear business requirement.
