Summary: The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms, collaborating with Product Managers and Business Analysts to implement CRM solutions. This role includes daily administration tasks, mentoring team members, and ensuring seamless system operations through proactive improvements and documentation. The position requires hands-on configuration and end-user support, with a focus on meeting business priorities within set deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily administration of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms, managing user accounts, generating reports and dashboards, and automating processes.
• Work closely with Product Manager and Business Analysts to recommend and agree on CRM technological solutions.
• Chair Salesforce Architectural Design Authority (ADA) and collaborate with teams to execute strategies.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configurations.
• Mentor and coach team members, including Junior and Senior Admins.
• Hands-on configuration of Salesforce, including reports, page layouts, flows, and custom objects.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support for Salesforce, including case resolution and dashboard creation.
• Work within schedules and deadlines to meet agreed business priorities.

Key Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud preferred; knowledge of other Salesforce products is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (essential).
• Salesforce Service Cloud Certification (nice to have).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Proven experience in designing solutions on a Lightning platform.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
