Summary: The Senior SailPoint Test Analyst role involves testing large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions within a global financial market infrastructure provider. The position requires collaboration with Agile teams to ensure system quality, performance, and compliance while automating testing processes. The role is based in London, with a hybrid working arrangement of 8 days on-site per month and the remainder remote. The start date is anticipated in October or November 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test scenarios and scripts for SailPoint IAM solutions.
- Conduct system, integration, functional, and non-functional testing in line with project requirements.
- Manage test environments and test data, ensuring reliability and consistency across releases.
- Identify and document defects, track resolution, and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production readiness activities.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to plan sprints, report test progress, and improve delivery processes.
- Assess opportunities for test automation and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience testing SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM platforms.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Logical Access Management concepts.
- Hands-on experience with test design, execution, and defect management in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) and automation tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or reporting tools (advantageous).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
