Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted expert, advising HR teams, employees, and leadership on benefits and reward policies.
  • Manage and enhance a portfolio of benefits, ensuring seamless renewals and strong provider relationships.
  • Develop innovative reward programmes that align with market trends and business needs.
  • Lead data submissions for market benchmarking and collaborate on salary range reviews.
  • Support the annual compensation review, providing analytics and ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Drive pay gap reporting analysis and contribute to reward strategy projects.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
