Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across in-store, e-commerce, social media and email channels to support seasonal and promotional activity.
  • Coordinate omnichannel marketing activity to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
  • Manage the creation, scheduling and delivery of digital content across newsletters, website updates and social platforms.
  • Support in-store marketing initiatives including point-of-sale materials, signage and promotional activations to drive footfall and sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
  • Manage campaign budgets, monitor spend and report on variances.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, e-commerce, retail and design teams to align marketing activity with product launches and commercial priorities.
