Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain complex Boolean queries, dashboards, and datasets to support client projects and ongoing accounts.
  • Ensure data collected and presented is relevant, accurate, and aligned to client objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing data checks and cleaning to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Build example datasets, dashboards, or demo environments where required to support client understanding of methodology or outputs.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Pulsar platform and associated tools, acting as an early adopter of new functionality.
  • Proactively identify platform limitations, bugs, or data risks and work with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Leverage advanced platform features, where appropriate, to support client use cases or internal workflows.
  • Analyse social and digital data to explore, test, and develop insight hypotheses aligned to client briefs.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insight narratives that address client business questions.
  • Produce client-ready charts, analysis, and written outputs in line with reporting templates and quality standards.
  • Contribute to insight summaries, key learnings, and recommendations across client deliverables.
  • Review analysis and report sections produced by Research Executives to ensure consistency and alignment with project objectives before submission to project leads.
  • Use emerging technologies, including LLM-supported workflows where appropriate, to support efficient analysis and report production.
  • Take ownership of defined sections of client reports from analysis through to final delivery.
  • Demonstrate through reports, presentations, and supporting materials how insights meet client objectives and project goals.
  • Present findings, methodologies, and recommendations clearly and confidently in client-facing settings.
  • Quality-assure assigned sections of client deliverables to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Support ongoing client accounts by contributing to updates, debriefs, and delivery communications as required.
  • Manage own workload and timelines effectively, delivering work with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies proactively to project leads and account teams.
  • Support the transition from project scoping or proposal discussions into clear delivery plans for internal teams.
  • Contribute to the briefing and coordination of external analysts or freelancers when required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and a high-quality client experience.

Key Skills:

  • At least 2 years’ relevant professional experience in research, analytics, or insight roles.
  • Experience working with social or digital data, ideally using social media analytics platforms.

  • Confident and effective written communicator with high attention to detail.
