Iconic Resourcing are currently partnering with a globally based service sector client to recruit a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join their operations based in Glasgow, with the opportunity to work with an experienced and qualified team on a day rate contract basis for a minimum of 12 months. The role reports to a Senior Finance Manager and will be heavily involved in the interim and year end statutory reporting requirements. Our client requires a strong statutory reporting accountant available at relatively short notice and is offering a very attractive day rate plus hybrid working.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of statutory financial statements

Previous Experience
This role is ideally suited to a qualified Financial Reporting contractor with experience in a large business with competing deadlines. The ideal candidate will come with strong experience within statutory reporting, financial statement preparation, with flair for systems, processes and improvements. The business will also consider candidates direct from practice if operating at a relatively senior level.
