Summary: This role as a Senior Remediation Specialist focuses on providing specialized business management guidance for the Commercial Bank, including the review and implementation of policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized business management guidance and support for the Commercial Bank.
  • Review, write, and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements.
  • Support remediations across all MRAs/findings involving the Commercial Bank.

Key Skills:

  • Strong writing skills (technical and tactical).
  • Strategic planning and assessments.
  • Financial industry experience (Commercial Lending, Credit Management, Audits, Remediations, AML, Policies, and Procedures).
  • Strong understanding of AML regulatory requirements.
  • MS Suite experience.
  • Experience with data and analytics (reading and developing dashboards and reports).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, nCino, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Banking experience.
