We are looking for a proven 360 Recruitment Consultant to build and scale our permanent desk across Nurses, Doctors, and Allied Health Professionals. This is a fully end-to-end role with responsibility for both business development and candidate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will take ownership of generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing exclusive or retained roles.
  • Alongside this, you will source, assess, and place high-quality candidates into permanent positions across both NHS and private sector clients.
  • You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement through to offer negotiation and placement completion.
  • You will be expected to build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain consistent activity levels to ensure a steady flow of placements.
  • You will also contribute to market intelligence, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities that can shape the wider business strategy.
