The purpose of an Executive Recruitment Coordinator is to be responsible for assisting the Executive Recruitment team in coordinating all recruitment activities and provide key daily support to the Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Executive Recruitment Consultants to ensure end to end delivery spanning internal and external candidates at senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the Senior Executive Recruitment Consultants in the delivery of the end-to-end executive recruitment life cycle for predominately Senior roles. This may include supporting on recruitment outside this scope on occasion such as Board level recruitment and working with third party agencies.
- Co-ordinate interview and assessment scheduling for Hiring Managers, assessors and candidates, working collaboratively with personal assistants and to deliver to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Record, monitor and review candidate applications, ensuring that talent pool databases and systems are maintained accurately and updated with all recruitment activity for relevant candidates and recruitment campaigns in a timely manner.
- Ensuring any data or information held on recruitment campaigns is captured accurately, in line with policy and meet the requirements of recruitment auditing.
- Ensure all executive recruitment delivery administration is accurate, compliant and of a high quality whilst adapting to multiple complex administrative requests from the team.
- Support delivery of executive recruitment assessments and facilitate candidate introductions, providing a high degree of customer service including administration to ensure assessments online tests and psychometrics tests
- Be part of the team taking responsibility for driving required cultural attributes across the team, including focus on compliance and service delivery, customer service excellence, and a focus on controlled continuous improvement, including using LinkedIn to help enhance employer value proposition.
- Provide support to a wider Talent and HR team, working flexibly and responding to changing demands Generate payment and purchase orders.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Preferably have 2+ years' administrative experience in an office environment, ideally in a recruitment, resourcing or HR function.
- Experience and confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Ideally have a blend of in house and agency experience.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively to meet challenging deadlines.
- Experience in 360 Recruitment.
- An understanding of HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Experience of working with HR systems i.e. SAP, online recruitment tools etc.
- Facilitation and delivery of senior stakeholder assessments (essential).
- Experienced with project management.
- Ideally have experience of using LinkedIn or other attraction methods to source (essential).
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
