Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume portfolio of up to 50 vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide market insight.
- Proactively source, screen and assess candidates through multiple channels.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Drive recruitment activity to meet challenging hiring targets and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records within the ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working within an in-house recruitment function.
- Significant experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and large vacancy workloads.
- Ability to manage 40-50 active vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Important Candidate Criteria
- Immediately available to start
- No planned holidays or extended leave commitments during the next two months
- Able to work onsite in Kings Cross at least 3 days per week
- Living within a commutable distance of Central London
