Detailed Description From Employer:

Job Introduction

You'll be based at Milestone, a high-support residential service for 14 men with a history of offending and complex presentation that may include dual diagnosis. Role Responsibility

Join our team and you will be responsible for your own caseload, undertaking & formulating risk assessments, and putting effective care and support plans in place. You will be required to work 37 hours per week, in a shift pattern including sleep-ins and weekends so you'll need to be flexible with the hours you are able to work.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll need previous relevant experience of using a person centred approach in a mental health setting and a good understanding of the complex needs of individuals we support. You must be capable of prioritising your own workload and using your initiative. Experience of working with individuals who have forensic histories would be an advantage. You need to be an effective team player with a proven track record as a supervisor/line manager. You will possess excellent communication skills, a flexible recovery focused approach, a positive attitude and be able to adapt in a changeable environment.
