Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Temporary Senior Quantity Surveyor! Preferably client consultancy side for a West midlands based consultancy.

LOC 6 months +

Please note remote role 70% with 30% on site or in office.

Rate per day 350.00 to 400.00 per day, Umbrella.

The sectors were looking to target include Education, Landscape, Leisure and Housing.

The Quantity Surveyor will have strong pre-contract experience so Cost planning and estimating

Feasibility studies, Preparation of Bills of Quantities JCT, Tender documentation and procurement advice

Contract selection and negotiation

Full time role up to 6 months, however we expect this to be extended.

RICS is desirable but by no means essential but will need to be able to work independently and competently.
