Summary: The role of Senior Quantity Surveyor involves managing remeasurement and bills of quantities for major infrastructure projects. Key Skills:

  • 5+ years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Previous experience working on NEC contracts

  • RICS or ICES accreditation (or working towards)

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working on major infrastructure projects?   Do you have experience with take-offs, remeasurement, and bills of quantities?   Rate: £550 - £650/day, Umbrella, Inside IR35 Location: North Acton Duration: 6 months, potential for extension   This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure project to support as-built remeasured subcontractor bill of quantities. The ideal candidate will have experience with take-offs, remeasurement, and bills of quantities
