Are you a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a long-term freelance opportunity with a respected regional contractor? We’re working with a leading new build specialist who is looking for an experienced professional to oversee a range of exciting new schemes in and around Manchester on an ongoing basis.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full commercial responsibility for multiple new build projects, ensuring strong cost control, accurate forecasting, and effective subcontract management. You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking contractor with a solid pipeline of residential and commercial schemes across the region.
