Working pattern
Site based. Full time.


The role

This is a site based commercial role working for a well established rail subcontractor delivering works on a live framework across the North West.

You will be part of the project delivery team, handling the day to day commercial management of rail works. This is a hands on role rather than a reporting or head office position.


Day to day responsibilities

Contract administration
Change management and variations
Applications for payment and assessments
CVRs and cost reporting
Supporting the project team with commercial input
Managing subcontractor and supplier payments
