The Opportunity

A leading developer-contractor is seeking an experienced Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their existing commercial team on a £100m flagship mixed-use cut & carve refurbishment scheme in Central London.

The project is in the early stages and involves a complex refurbishment of an existing structure to deliver mixed-use residential and commercial space. This role will play a key part in both pre-contract activities and project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Project QS looking to step up, or a Senior QS keen to work on a high-profile, technically challenging cut & carve refurbishment.
