We are currently resourcing a Freelance role for a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor who as a strong background in pricing variations.

Due to changes to the original scope of work on the project, affecting design, materials, methods and timelines, the contractor needs an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to plough through a back log of variations in a competent manner and once completed will move over to a more traditional Senior Quantity Surveyor role.

The main contractor is a prestigious construction firm specialising in luxury residential projects. Their commitment to uncompromising quality, innovation, and client satisfaction has positioned them as leaders in the high-end construction market.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will require:

  • A formal construction qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
