Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end commercial management of water treatment projects
- Cost control, forecasting and reporting in line with framework and client requirements
- Procurement and commercial management of subcontractors
- Preparation, assessment and agreement of variations and compensation events
- Supporting project teams with commercial strategy, risk and opportunity management
- Working collaboratively with delivery, engineering and planning teams
- Managing commercial relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on water or wastewater treatment projects
- Experience working for a tier one contractor or within major infrastructure frameworks
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC3 / NEC4)
- Ability to manage complex commercial issues across live projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating within long-term framework environments
